Zinc alloy parts are manufactured mostly by pressure die cast thanks to their excellent casting properties. Zinc casting ( Zn ) - in total 10 press machines, closing force 20 – 315 t, 1 x 20 t, 1 x 63 t, 2 x 80 t, 1 x 125 t, 1 x 160 t, 1 x 200 t, 2 x 280 t, 1 x 315 t.
Coating of tools by cvd and pacvd technologies
We produce and perform coating of tools and moulds by CVD and PACVD technologies. These nano-coatings consist of many interconnected layers. Coating increases the durability of tools, moulds, cores up to fifteen times more compared to a tool without coating.
